Overall pleasantly surprised with both the ordering process and the product. Communication throughout was good, delivery well within the predicted time frame. The coat feels sturdy and has a good quality-price ratio. Size m was good for a length of 1.65.

It is not really a warm jacket but it looks very good. The fit is oversized and sizes are correct.

Can I exchange the faux suede coat for a new one? The bag was ripped open and left on my porch while it was raining when I got home from work. I think someone tried to steal it because the tote bag in the same order was fine. Please let me know if we can coordinate some kind of exchange for the coat bc I think who ever touched it ruined it by leaving it exposed to the elements.
