The edges are very sharp. It really hurts putting it on and off. Last time I had to use oil. The other double layered rings were completely fine and i love them (one with same size (8) and one with size 6)

They are pretty as pictured. I squeezed them to make them a little tighter I have small ears. They are very comfortable I forget they are there.
